At Chaos & Filament, each item is carefully 3D printed and made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, please review our policy before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect color selection
• Ordering the wrong item
• Minor variations inherent to the 3D printing process
• Minor layer lines or surface variations that do not affect functionality
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
3D Printed Product Characteristics
All Chaos & Filament products are produced using 3D printing technology. Minor layer lines, slight surface variations, and small cosmetic differences are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier to locate the shipment.
